Senior Director, Clinical Lead - Neuropsychiatry

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Lead in Neuropsychiatry, overseeing late-phase (Ph2b/3) clinical development programs within Johnson & Johnson’s Neuroscience team. Responsibilities: develop and execute global clinical strategies, lead cross-functional teams, oversee trial design, medical monitoring, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions; manage project physicians and collaborate across disciplines including medical affairs, regulatory, data science, and clinical operations. Requirements: MD with post-doctoral training; minimum 5 years clinical research experience, including 3 years in Phase II/III development; board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology preferred; proven leadership in global clinical development and familiarity with regulatory interactions; fluency in English and knowledge of GCP and regulatory standards.
