Senior Director, Clinical Lead - Neuropsychiatry

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Lead in Neuropsychiatry, responsible for developing and executing late-phase (Ph2b/3) clinical strategies for neuroscience treatments, including diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams managing clinical trial design, execution, regulatory submissions, and post-marketing activities; oversee safety and medical monitoring; develop clinical plans, protocols, and reports; manage direct reports including project physicians; and collaborate with regulatory agencies. Qualifications: MD with post-doctoral training, 5+ years in clinical research/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in Phase II/III development; Board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology preferred; experience interacting with global health authorities and working within a matrix environment.
