Senior Director Clinical Development, Solid Tumor

Role: Clinical Development Lead overseeing strategic planning and execution of partnership oncology clinical programs within BeOne’s SuperHighway platform. Responsibilities: develop clinical strategies aligned with regulatory and commercial goals; ensure high-quality, compliant study execution; provide scientific and medical guidance; author key regulatory and study documents; build investigator networks; mentor team members; monitor study progress, KPIs, and quality; collaborate across global teams and external partners; participate in therapeutic research and competitive analysis; and manage issue escalation. Qualifications: MD or DO with 6+ years in clinical development, including 5+ years in oncology; 10+ years preferred. Skills include oncology therapeutics expertise, global compliance knowledge, strategic leadership, vendor and investigator selection, and team management. High-value biopharma specifics: oncology (immuno-oncology focus), therapeutic area experience, global regulatory alignment, clinical trial conduct, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: hybrid with up to 20% domestic and international travel.
