Senior Director, Clinical Development (MD)

Role: Senior Medical Director leading clinical development for oncology programs, from early phases through registration. Responsibilities: develop and oversee clinical strategies, provide scientific and medical leadership across multiple studies, author regulatory documents, support regulatory interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research, Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and CMC. Build relationships with external stakeholders like investigators and key opinion leaders; present data to governance, authorities, and scientific forums; mentor junior staff; contribute to portfolio and external innovation assessments. Requirements: MD or DO with 6+ years in clinical/scientific/drug development, with substantial biopharma experience in oncology. Preferred: Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, experience with cell therapies, first-in-human and proof-of-concept studies, and global regulatory engagement. High-Value: Oncology (cancer immunotherapies, CAR T-cell therapies), early to late development stages, regulatory interactions, cross-functional leadership, and external scientific contribution.
