Senior Director, Clinical Development (MD)

Role: Senior Medical Director leading clinical development in oncology, focusing on CAR T-cell therapies from early to registration phases. Responsibilities: shape development strategy, oversee multiple studies ensuring safety and data quality, author key regulatory documents, lead interactions with health authorities, and collaborate across departments such as Research, Clinical Operations, Safety, and Regulatory Affairs. Engage with external stakeholders, present data, mentor junior staff, and contribute to portfolio planning and external innovation assessments. Requirements: MD/DO with 6+ years in clinical/scientific drug development, substantial oncology experience, and prior leadership in first-in-human, proof-of-concept, or registrational programs. Preferred: Board certification in Hematology/Oncology or related, cell therapy expertise, global regulatory experience, and a record of scientific publications.
