Senior Director, Clinical Development (MD)

Role: Senior Medical Director providing strategic scientific leadership for oncology development programs, from early discovery through registration. Responsibilities: oversee clinical development strategy, lead cross-functional teams, author key regulatory documents, manage regulatory interactions, and represent clinical insights to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: MD/DO with 6+ years in biopharma, extensive experience in oncology drug development, preferably with cell or gene therapy modalities, and proven leadership in clinical strategy, IND processes, and early-phase trials. Preferred: Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, experience with global regulatory submissions, and mentorship capabilities.
