Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development leading neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorder therapies, providing scientific and medical strategy, study oversight, and regulatory support. Responsibilities: develop and execute global clinical plans, manage study design, medical monitoring, data interpretation, and reporting; foster relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders; support regulatory submissions; guide compound transition from discovery to lifecycle management; review business opportunities and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Requirements: MD, MD-PhD, or equivalent; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry or Neurology; 5+ years industry experience across phases of CNS clinical development; CNS research expertise, particularly in neurodegenerative or psychiatric disorders; established scientific relationships; strong communication and leadership skills; willingness to travel domestically and internationally. HighValue: CNS focus, neurodegenerative/psychiatric indications, clinical phases (pre-IND to late-stage), global regulatory engagement, experience with neuro disorders, hybrid work model with some onsite presence in San Diego, Princeton, or San Francisco.
