Senior Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Science, supporting Revolution Medicines' clinical-stage oncology programs targeting RAS mutations. Responsibilities: lead clinical science strategies and documentation, oversee trial design and execution, and manage clinical data review and reporting; represent the clinical development plan across teams; mentor teams and collaborate with regulatory and scientific stakeholders. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or equivalent; 10+ years in clinical development or related pharma R&D, with extensive expertise in oncology, particularly RAS pathway mutations; strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA regulations; experience in trial design, protocol writing, and cross-functional coordination; proven regulatory engagement skills. Preferred: contributions to regulatory submissions, experience with major health authority interactions, leadership in clinical development strategy, and process improvements.
