Senior Director Clinical Development, Breast Cancer

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development for Solid Tumors, leading clinical trial strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: oversee clinical program planning, author and review key regulatory and scientific documents, support vendor and investigator selection, provide scientific guidance during trials, analyze data, and represent programs externally. Also involved in process improvement, resource planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements: 6+ years in biotech/pharma, advanced degree (MD or MD equivalent), oncology experience with involvement in all trial stages, knowledge of global study design, GCP/ICH guidelines, and stakeholder collaboration. Preferred: subspecialty training in oncology, Breast Cancer experience, leadership in team development, and familiarity with clinical IT systems.
