Senior Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Director of Clinical Development leading the strategy and execution of clinical trials for Revolution Medicines' late-stage oncology molecules targeting RAS-mutant cancers. Responsibilities: oversee clinical science aspects, design and conduct trials from early phases through pivotal studies, manage cross-functional teams, develop regulatory documents, and liaise with investigators and regulators. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or equivalent with 10+ years in clinical development, deep expertise in oncology, strong knowledge of GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA regulations; experience with biomarker-driven therapies or targeted agents in oncology preferred. High-value: focus on RAS(ON) inhibitors in clinical development, with involvement in regulatory submissions (e.g., INDs, NDA/BLA), and experience in investigator engagement. Work setup: based in Redwood City, CA, with potential for leadership of multiple clinical teams, targeting transformative therapies for RAS-driven cancers.
