Senior Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development, leading strategic planning, design, execution, and interpretation of Phase I–IV clinical trials across therapeutic areas, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: establish protocols, oversee clinical teams, manage investigator relationships, evaluate safety data, develop clinical development plans, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Author and review scientific documents and serve as a clinical expert and liaison. Qualifications: MD degree; 9+ years in clinical science or medical affairs within pharma/biotech, with at least 7 years of leadership and management experience; deep knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA regulations; proven experience in clinical trial design and analysis; strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred: familiarity with GMP/GLP and drug development processes.
