Position Summary
Senior Director, Clinical Development providing scientific/medical leadership across clinical development programs to advance CNS therapies through development and lifecycle management.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create and execute global clinical development plans aligned with company strategy.
- Plan, implement, and interpret clinical studies (synopsis/protocol development, medical monitoring, data analysis, final reports).
- Build relationships with investigators, thought leaders, centers of excellence, and internal teams.
- Support site study awareness, patient recruitment, and quality of study conduct.
- Communicate program issues/results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support regulatory interactions (regulatory document submissions and presentations).
- Provide clinical/scientific expertise across compound transition from discovery to full development and lifecycle management.
- Review business development opportunities and translate needs into cost-effective development strategies meeting regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local/international regulations and Good Clinical Practices.

Education/Experience/Skills
- MD/MD-PhD (or equivalent) required; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry or Neurology.
- 5+ years industry experience across multiple development phases (desired).
- CNS clinical research experience required; neurodegenerative and/or psychiatric disorder experience preferred.
- Strong relationships with thought leaders/investigators; ability to work in geographically diverse teams.
- Strong oral/written communication; self-driven and dependable.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally.

Compensation
Salary range: $306,100–$382,600 USD.
