Senior Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development, leading global strategy and execution across all phases of drug development, primarily in rare/orphan diseases. Responsibilities: design and oversee clinical development plans, ensure GCP compliance, manage external partnerships (CROs, vendors), and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with research, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams. Accountable for medical aspects of clinical studies, data analysis, and external stakeholder engagement including KOLs and regulatory authorities. Requirements: MD degree with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech clinical development, including managing multi-country trials, regulatory submissions, and early- to late-phase programs. High-Value: minimum of 5 years in clinical drug development, experience with rare/orphan diseases preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence and work independently, willing to travel up to 30%.
