Senior Director, Clinical Development

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Development, leading global strategies for neuropsychiatric and rare disease therapies at Acadia. Responsibilities: oversee clinical program design and execution, including protocol development, medical monitoring, data analysis, and regulatory interactions; foster relationships with investigators, thought leaders, and internal teams; support regulatory submissions and lifecycle management; and ensure compliance with GxP and local regulations. Requirements: MD or equivalent with 5+ years in medical/clinical practice, research, or pharma industry; experience across multiple clinical development phases; strong background in neurology and rare diseases, particularly mood disorders; established relationships with thought leaders; and leadership skills in a cross-functional, global environment.
