Role: Senior Director, Cell Therapy Product Leader (CTPL), accountable for defining and executing product strategy across the Cell Therapy portfolio, including supply chain, network, and technology planning. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional GO Teams, develop multi-year roadmaps, oversee portfolio trade-offs, and ensure alignment with long-term financial and operational goals; serve as enterprise representative in governance forums; shape supply, capacity, and lifecycle strategies; monitor performance metrics like capacity, success rates, and costs; lead risk management and resolution of escalation issues; champion product vision and stakeholder communication.
