Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders; be a trusted technology partner to meet strategic business goals.
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage/prioritize technology portfolio and continually build the future roadmap.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product owners and business system directors/managers/analysts.
- Co-create and implement COE mission, vision, and roadmap with the PST COE leader.
- Oversee portfolio of projects/programs/releases/enhancements; ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Manage budget for the PST COE systems team.
- Proactively propose innovative technologies and business process improvements to drive efficiencies.
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for applications/platforms to ensure uptime and performance.
- Work with COE Program Quality Team to ensure compliance with key regulations.
- Collaborate with DTE counterparts and manage relationships with software vendors/service providers.

Knowledge And Skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal/collaboration skills.
- Expert in modern IT: Salesforce, cloud computing, DevOps, Agile, cybersecurity.
- Program/project management, demand/resource management, and system life cycle expertise.
- Analytical/problem-solving; strong people management; large-scale implementation/upgrade/enhancement experience.
- Experience with operational support/maintenance; managed services/outsourced/offshore teams.
- Experience in highly regulated industries; leading new patient support product launches.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent.
- Typically 15 years’ experience as an IT leader (or equivalent education/experience).

Compensation/Benefits (as listed)
- Pay range: $220,000–$330,000; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; medical/dental/vision, paid time off, educational assistance (e.g., student loan repayment), commuting subsidy, charitable donation matching, 401(k).
