Senior Director, Business Strategy & Operations - Office of the CCO

Role: Senior Director, Business Strategy & Operations – Office of the CCO, supporting Dyne's commercialization efforts in neuromuscular diseases. Responsibilities: act as a strategic advisor to the CCO and lead high-priority initiatives; develop decision frameworks; shape the commercial operating model; and improve organizational effectiveness for a growing biopharma company. Requirements: 15+ years' experience including strategic advisory roles to C-suite executives; bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred; background in strategy consulting within life sciences is advantageous. High-Value: experience supporting late-stage development, product launches, or organizational transformation; familiarity with rare diseases or neuromuscular therapeutics is relevant.
