Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities through collaboration partnerships aligned with Janux’s pipeline, platform, and corporate objectives.
- Participate in and, as appropriate, lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to ensure alignment with Janux’s long-term strategic and financial goals.
- Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives by developing and tracking implementation plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee alliance management, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and achievement of partnership objectives.
- Serve as a key point of escalation and problem-solving for partnership challenges; work cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams (R&D, Clinical Development, Legal, Finance, and Program Management) to ensure aligned execution and value realization across collaborations.
- Ensure effective governance, seamless execution, and strategic alignment across a dynamic portfolio of partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations.
- Represent Janux at industry conferences, investor meetings, and strategic forums; provide concise summaries of key insights.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of biotech/pharma business development and alliance management (preferred oncology and autoimmune modalities).
- Proven track record executing strategic partnerships, alliance management, and licensing deals.
- Strong understanding of biopharma R&D, clinical development, and regulatory pathways.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean biotech environment.

Travel Requirements:
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
