Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the enterprise analytics strategy aligned to commercial and corporate objectives.
- Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, and related functions to establish analytics as a strategic business partner.
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear insights for senior leadership.
- Lead analytics to support QBRs/MBRs, launch reviews, and strategic planning with data-driven insights.
- Develop and own the analytics roadmap (near-term launch needs and scalable long-term capabilities).
- Provide insights to inform business decisions and identify revenue-growth drivers.
- Evolve and co-manage data infrastructure, including modernization of reporting and performance metrics.
- Serve as a primary executive point of contact for analytics requests.
- Build, lead, and manage an analytics team (goals, timelines, forecasting methodologies).
- Deliver actionable insights into HCP/HCO and patient dynamics to support brand strategy and patient-centric decisions.
- Translate complex datasets into insights and partner closely with Commercial on key business questions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10–15 years in pharma/biotech; 5+ years supporting field sales teams.
- Proven analytics leadership in pre-launch/early-launch.
- Strong commercial, patient services, Medical, and market access analytics knowledge.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/private reimbursement and healthcare benefits (e.g., deductibles, out-of-pocket, exclusions).
- Familiarity with US and ex-US commercial requirements.
- Cross-functional experience with legal, compliance, R&D, clinical, and others.
- Strong quantitative/analytical, data-trail, and problem-definition skills; accurate analysis and visualization.
- Excellent written/verbal and presentation skills; persuasive communicator.
- Ability to adjust priorities, self-direct, and work with little supervision.
- Pharmaceutical launch experience building infrastructure/processes that don’t exist.

Compensation:
- $250,000 – $325,000 per year.
