Senior Director, Biomarkers (Immunology)

Role: Senior Director, Biomarkers, Immunology—leads biomarker strategy development within immunology and autoimmune disease programs, focusing on assay development, validation, and translational biomarker research. Responsibilities: oversee assay platforms (flow, immunoassays, genomic, imaging), translate preclinical findings into clinical strategies, manage and mentor biomarker teams, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders including diagnostic vendors and scientific partners. Requirements: PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related; 11+ years' experience; 5+ years of management; expertise in biomarker assay development, validation, and translational medicine; strong communication and leadership skills.
