Role: DMPK & Modeling Lead within Takeda's AI-driven Discovery Automation & Robotics (DAR) unit, focusing on integrating DMPK, PK/PD, PBPK/QSP, and AI-enabled modeling to inform early drug discovery and clinical strategies for large molecules, including biologics. Responsibilities: define and execute quantitative and mechanistic modeling strategies, oversee CRO activities to generate high-quality data, embed DMPK insights into AI-powered decision-making cycles, and link preclinical data to clinical hypotheses. Requirements: PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 12-15+ years industry experience in pharmaceutical DMPK and modeling, proven contribution to IND filings, externalized CRO management expertise, and AI/ML data integration experience. Preferred: therapeutic area experience represented in Takeda's portfolio.
