Main Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize original marketing copy for digital channels and partners.
- Translate complex clinical/regulatory content into clear, engaging, audience-first messaging for HCPs and patients.
- Maintain and evolve brand tone of voice across campaigns and platforms.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, message templates, and creative inputs to support AI-generated content workflows.
- Test and refine generative AI outputs to ensure alignment with brand voice, medical accuracy, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with digital and tech teams to improve prompt performance and explore new tools to enhance copywriting workflows.
- Collaborate with Brand marketing Directors and GBLs to deliver campaigns and assets quickly and effectively.
- Lead in brainstorms and creative reviews.
- Prepare and adapt copy for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, ensuring clarity, compliance, and readiness for Veeva submission.
- Anticipate MLR feedback and craft copy that balances creativity with regulatory expectations.
- Leverage HCP and patient journey insights to guide digital targeting and personalization.
- Define high-value segments and deliver relevant messaging across channels.
- Continuously refine targeting based on campaign performance and responsiveness.
- Identify and test innovative digital tactics and emerging technologies (AI, automation, personalization engines).
- Support Next Best Action and omnichannel orchestration via media/channel selection and activation inputs.
- Use a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical marketing experience (global or affiliate).
- BA/BSc or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc).
Required/Preferred Skills
- AI proficiency and experience with LLMs.
- Strong background in digital and omnichannel marketing (preferred).
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in pharma/biopharma marketing.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix, global environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
