Senior Director, AI Enterprise Process & Innovation Center

Role: Lead enterprise AI-driven process transformation, focusing on redesigning critical workflows to embed decision-centric, AI-enabled models that enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: diagnose structural bottlenecks, integrate AI solutions across business functions, advise senior leadership on AI applicability, quantify value realization, and promote scalable, compliant solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams including Data, IT, Risk, and Legal. Lead adoption of new ways of working and build communities of practice for process innovation, delivering measurable improvements through AI-enabled business initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree in scientific or business field; 10+ years in enterprise transformation, process innovation, or digital/AI strategy within regulated sectors; proven experience in AI-enabled process transformation at scale; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; deep understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and compliance (GxP, validation, privacy). Preferred: PhD or equivalent, familiarity with emerging regulatory expectations, GenAI/LLMs, NLP, MLOps, and AI risk management.
