Senior Director, Agentic AI and Automation

Role: Senior Director of Agentic AI & Automation responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-wide AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include developing a multi-year roadmap integrating hyperautomation, process mining, and large language models (LLMs); establishing and leading an Agentic Automation Center of Excellence; and partnering with cross-functional executives to prioritize high-value automation projects.
