Senior Director, Advanced Analytics Products

Role: Senior Director, Commercial Advanced Analytics at Madrigal, leading the development and execution of AI-driven analytics to optimize commercial workflows and customer engagement strategies for MASH therapeutics, including Rezdiffra. Responsibilities: define and prioritize the analytics roadmap, manage use-case pipeline, collaborate with enterprise AI and commercial teams to deploy models, and validate solutions to enhance commercial decision-making and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's in a quantitative field; 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial analytics across sales, marketing, and market access; proficiency with core commercial data assets and AI/ML deployment, including Python, SQL, and cloud platforms. Preferred: experience supporting specialty or rare disease brands, phased AI deployment, and ROI-focused AI projects. Skills & Competencies: deep understanding of commercial operating models, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
