Senior Director, ADME

Role: Senior Director, ADME at Madrigal, leading nonclinical ADME strategy and studies to support drug development of therapies for MASH. Responsibilities: define and oversee ADME approaches, manage CROs, interpret nonclinical (in vitro/in vivo) ADME data, support clinical pharmacology via DDI risk assessment, PBPK modeling, and human ADME studies; author regulatory documents. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism, or related; 15+ years ADME experience supporting nonclinical and clinical programs; deep expertise in drug metabolism, with knowledge of transporters and PBPK modeling preferred. High-value: biologics or small molecules targeting liver disease (MASH), supporting regulatory submissions (IND/CTA, NDA), with emphasis on metabolism, human PK, and regulatory compliance.
