Position Summary
- Lead the BMS Oncology ADC Discovery team and oversee the preclinical ADC portfolio.
- Shape overall Oncology ADC strategy through scientific and strategic insight and influence key investment decisions.
- Lead internal ADC discovery portfolio and cultivate external partnerships to advance next generation ADCs into the clinic.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead Oncology ADC strategy and portfolio; guide programs from target concept through development candidate into the clinic.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Research, Development, Commercial) to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Build and maintain external collaborations to strengthen and differentiate the ADC portfolio.
- Serve as ADC discovery subject matter expert and spokesperson shaping internal/external investment decisions.
- Align organizational strategy to enable timely advancement of innovative ADC programs into clinical development.
- Make informed decisions to deliver ADC team objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Foster integrity, accountability, and responsible innovation.
- Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree: 15+ years academic/industry experience.
- Masterโ€™s degree: 12+ years academic/industry experience.
- PhD: 10+ years academic/industry experience; 8+ years leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences.
- 10+ years industry; 8+ years industry leadership.
- Extensive ADC discovery experience (cytotoxic and novel payloads), including conjugation and linker strategies.
- Experience developing/managing an ADC portfolio from early target discovery to clinical candidates.
- Experience building/leading highly collaborative teams.
- Strategic risk/benefit tradeoff decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to broad audiences.
- Experience applying AI to streamline ADC discovery and enhance decision-making.

Compensation (Cambridge Crossing)
- $266,590 - $323,049 (plus possible incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
