Job Purpose:
- Lead franchise management for IBP (Integrated Business Planning) topics to support sales performance and growth by maximizing product availability and minimizing expiry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of an efficient market-level IBP process for selected franchises; accountable for supply, product inventory, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Demand Leads/Planners, Business Units, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and upstream production planners to align market needs and trends under one set of data using scenarios and opportunities.
- Ensure a lean, effective planning cycle with Demand Planners/Leads.
- Run the monthly IBP process (5 steps): Product Portfolio Management; Demand Review; Supply Review; Integrated reconciliation with Finance (operational vs financial forecasts); and MBR (Management Business Review) including risk/opportunities, minutes, follow-ups, and actions to reduce shortage/return/write-off risks.
- Serve as IBP Ambassador via Community of Practice (CoE) to promote continuous improvement in IBP processes/tools.
- Drive performance: deliver KPI targets (Sales performance, OTIF, MAPE & SPA, inventory targets, destructions/write-off); analyze KPIs/dashboards; optimize inventory, lead times, and E2E physical flows to improve cash flow.
- Lead ODR (obsolescence/destructions/returns) discussion and mitigation actions with BU stakeholders; participate in Global Product Reviews and follow up on major demand/supply variations.
- Ensure flawless, on-time implementation of new product launches, line extensions, and network change projects without supply interruption.
- Collaborate with global/central IBP leads for effective two-way communication and execution; manage within compliance standards.
- Engage as needed in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) to link short-term supply chain changes to IBP horizon.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in supply chain/manufacturing.
- English language skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Negotiation/communication; strategic thinking; pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Scenario planning, risk/benefit analysis, contingency planning, problem solving.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical primary/secondary manufacturing; manufacturing finance; regulatory fundamentals.
- SAP and Kinaxis (preferred); project management.
- Integrity/professionalism; facilitation and relationship building; ability to influence non-direct reports.
- Experience with US/Canada/Puerto Rico demand market; launching new products from a supply chain lens for North America.
