Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, practical, solution-oriented legal advice to structure, operationalize, and communicate BMS’s market access strategy.
- Serve as the primary legal point for the MAx Access Strategy and select Access Field teams, providing strategic counsel and advice on patient support program materials.
- Advise the MAx team on 340B program operations.
- Collaborate with Neuroscience, Dermatology, CV, Immunology, Hematology & Oncology legal colleagues and Law Department teams to deliver comprehensive legal advice.
- Use knowledge of emerging legal/industry issues and trends to inform advice and address potential legal risk.
- Anticipate and proactively identify legal issues using an enterprise view; provide clear legal advice supporting informed decisions.
- Deliver effective presentations to the Law Department/MAx Department.
- Lead and organize functional or substantive working groups assessing significant legal issues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum: Law degree from an accredited US law school.
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience advising the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry on legal, regulatory, and/or compliance (with cross-functional interaction experience).
- Preferred: Legal experience in US market access, patient support programs, sales, or marketing.
- Must have healthcare law experience including advertising/promotion, anti-kickback and bribery laws, regulatory policy, and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business and Law Department relationships.
- Superior integrity and ethics; strong discretion.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly (verbal and written).
- Preferred: Knowledge of US healthcare laws related to drug pricing and the 340B program.

Compensation:
- Princeton, NJ, US: $221,340–$268,212.
