Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead legal advisor to the SVP, Global Supply Chain, advising on complex supply issues across clinical and commercial networks to enable urgent delivery of medicines.
- Advise on all trade matters, including licensing, import/export laws, tariffs, and sanctions.
- Partner with Law & Policy colleagues to provide enterprise-aligned legal support for complex supply, logistics, and transportation transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex supply chain agreements.
- Monitor evolving global regulations and enforcement trends; proactively advise leadership on business impact and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (or legal degree) with 12+ years of pharmaceutical legal experience (law firm, in-house, and/or government experience helpful).
- Experience with supply and trade preferred (not required).
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior executives (including SVP/C-suite) on high-impact legal and regulatory matters.
- Experience leading stakeholders to implement innovative solutions to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve legal risk management.
- Experience with complex transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in large global matrix organizations; independently prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Flexibility to work quickly and with quality across a broad range of matters.
- Clear communication (verbal and written) to senior leaders; strong judgment, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.
