Position Summary
The Senior Corporate Security Intelligence Analyst will lead intelligence-driven risk assessments, monitor global threats, and support executive protection and physical security operations. This position requires expertise in protective intelligence, corporate security, geopolitical analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). The analyst will work closely with executive protection specialists, corporate stakeholders, and external partners to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to Caris Life Sciences’ executives, employees, and facilities worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive monitoring of global threats, including geopolitical instability, criminal activity, insider risks, terrorism, civil unrest, and cyber-enabled threats.
- Perform comprehensive threat assessments on individuals of concern, locations, and events involving Caris executives.
- Partner with Executive Protection (EP) teams to provide pre-travel briefs, advance risk reports, and real-time threat monitoring.
- Support insider threat and workplace violence prevention programs by analyzing behavioral indicators, external threats, and social media activity.
- Provide intelligence support to Threat Assessment and Threat Management Teams.
- Develop intelligence products (daily briefs, incident reports, executive summaries, and risk forecasts) for senior leadership and the security team.
- Fuse information from OSINT, commercial intelligence platforms, law enforcement, government, and private sector sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Create executive-level dashboards, risk maps, and incident tracking systems for situational awareness.
- Provide structured analytic judgment and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support executive travel security by monitoring in-country threats and coordinating with EP teams for risk mitigation.
- Assist with security planning for high-profile corporate events, board meetings, and investor relations activities.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and corporate background checks on vendors, partners, and high-risk individuals.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external intelligence networks, security peers, and law enforcement.
- Help establish Caris Life Sciences’ Protective Intelligence Program and refine analytical methodologies.
- Mentor junior analysts or contractors as the team grows.
- Contribute to the integration of intelligence with corporate security technology, access control, and travel risk systems.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on cross-domain threat assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, or corporate security.
- Demonstrated experience in executive protection support and threat assessment casework.
- Proficiency with intelligence platforms (e.g., Clear, Dataminr, Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Babel Street, LifeRaft, or similar).
- Advanced OSINT collection and verification skills.
- Strong writing and briefing skills tailored to C-suite executives.
- Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality at the highest levels.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to support executive protection teams and corporate leadership.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate emerging risks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and summarize large scale qualitative and quantitative data for varied audiences, including executives.
- Understanding of global security threats, adversary tactics, and the broader threat landscape.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, support crisis response, and travel domestically/internationally as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Experience within Fortune 500, biotech/pharma, financial services, or government/military intelligence sectors.
- Strong familiarity with social media exploitation (SOCMINT) and data analytics.
- Knowledge of behavioral threat assessment models (e.g., WAVR-21, ATAP standards, or insider threat frameworks).
- Familiarity with crisis management, incident response, and business continuity concepts.
- Experience in law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security sectors
Physical Demands
- General work environment – sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

- This position requires periodic travel and some evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Job may require after-hours response to emergency issues.
