Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a proactive thought partner to M&S stakeholders in each of Sanofiโ€™s GBUs.
- Drive legal strategy, drafting, and negotiation for complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing transactions globally (direct materials, drug substance, API, drug product, finished drug product).
- Advise M&A colleagues on M&S topics, including due diligence, definitive agreement negotiations, interim operating considerations, integration, and broader post-closing operations.
- Support BD/Licensing and M&S Alliances in negotiating, drafting, and managing alliances for complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing collaborations.
- Lead advanced dispute resolution efforts to turn conflicts into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with M&S Global Functions on transformation of the M&S industrial network (capacity, investment, strategic sourcing, smart spending, external partner collaborations, optimized risk management).
- Drive optimized ways of working across Legal, M&S, Global Procurement, and Business Operations with emphasis on standardization and simplification.
- Champion digital adoption/adaptation to maximize efficiency and effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:
- J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- 10+ years of legal experience supporting complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing transactions; at least 5 years in-house in a multinational biopharmaceutical company preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of GxP, CMC Regulatory, Standard Cost Accounting, and multinational biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to partner effectively with technical and business stakeholders globally.

- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize competing projects, meet timelines, and complete highly matrixed workstreams.

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
