Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance and administration of compliance documentation, records, and tracking systems.
- Proofread and perform quality review/maintenance of guidance documents, standard operating procedures, communications, and other formal documents.
- Craft presentations, communications, and visual materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools for compliance training, leadership updates, and client communications.
- Use Microsoft Excel (or internal platforms) to perform data analysis and maintain compliance metrics for communications, training, and monitoring.
- Support planning and execution of compliance events, including live training and National Meetings.
- Respond to routine internal inquiries related to compliance policies and raise issues as appropriate.
- Support special projects assigned by management in support of Corporate Compliance objectives.
- Research and evaluate approved AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows, documentation, and analytics.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Life Sciences, or Communications (preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior internship/coursework in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word (templates/formatting), Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (design/presentation development).
- Proven hands-on knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and eagerness to explore new AI applications in a business setting.

- Salary Range (hourly): $30.24 - $47.36
