Senior Coordinator, R&D Operations

Role: Support cross-functional R&D operational and program management activities for late-stage clinical development, including Phase 3 trials of lanifibranor in MASH. Responsibilities: coordinate integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones; facilitate vendor and CRO oversight, contract negotiations, and procurement; monitor program progress, risks, and KPIs; prepare reports and updates for leadership; improve operational workflows and documentation; manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, and other functions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field; minimum 3 years in R&D operations, clinical operations, or project management within biotech or pharma; strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with late-stage or Phase 3 programs, CRO/vendor oversight, and PMP certification.
