Job Description:
The Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining contract-related data, ensuring accurate pricing, compliance, and contract execution. This role requires collaboration with internal teams including finance, sales, legal, and operations, as well as external stakeholders such as wholesalers and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). The Senior Contract Analyst will oversee GPO membership roster management, contract data tracking, pricing analytics, contract administration, and tracker management. This position demands strong analytical skills, proactive report development, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deadlines.
Essential Functions:
- Contract Data Management: Organize and track contract terms, pricing structures, eligibility criteria, expiration dates, and amendments; Collaborate with the Kentucky team to ensure accurate pricing loads with wholesalers and distributors; Maintain historical contract records for audits and compliance; Monitor contract performance, identify discrepancies, and support pricing optimization strategies.
- Contract Pricing Analytics: Analyze and validate pricing data to ensure accuracy and completeness; Update pricing tables and agreement templates monthly, quarterly, and as needed; Generate reports to track contract performance and support contract renewals, adjustments, and negotiations.
- GPO Membership Roster Management: Work with the India shared services team to maintain accurate and up-to-date GPO membership records; Track member enrollment, terminations, and changes in eligibility; Ensure proper mapping of members to pricing structures, contract access, and compliance requirements; Conduct regular audits and data validation to resolve membership disputes in collaboration with the Kentucky team and other stakeholders.
- Contract Administration & Operations: Support the execution and management of Biosimilar contracts throughout their lifecycle; Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to facilitate seamless contract execution; Troubleshoot membership alignments and resolve discrepancies in contract setups.
- Tracker Management: Actively maintain contract trackers to monitor key contract terms, deadlines, and statuses; Track contract initiation, approvals, execution, renewals, expirations, and amendments; Ensure timely updates of contract trackers and systems to support contract KPIs; Manage Biosimilar Gridlex contract tracker updates and maintain historical records for audits.
- Ad-hoc project relating to data analytics: Involves responding to urgent or one-time or as-needed data analytical to support contract management and operational decision making. This may also include pulling large datasets, generating custom reports, and developing visualization to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in a business-related function - Required.
Experience:
- 5 years or more in relevant experience in analysis.
- 3 years or more in Pricing, Finance, Contracts, or Sales Operations.
- 5 years or more in Pharmaceutical experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions for data analysis) - Proficient.
- Power BI - Intermediate.
- Strong ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail - Intermediate.

The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Companyβs good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
