Commercial Pricing & Contracting Manager / Senior Commercial Pricing & Contracting Manager

Responsibilities
- Administer market access contracts, IDN/hospital contracts, and transplant organization agreements from inception through final approval.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Pricing/Government Programs, LBE Transplant, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to set contract administration best practices.
- Provide operational/financial analytics: benchmarks, contract performance, formulary validation, and insights to inform pricing/contracting.
- Support quarterly gross-to-net and financial accruals for commercial payer and Medicare Part D, including invoice reconciliation and validation of formulary status and rebate eligibility.
- Manage day-to-day invoice approval/payment support with Accounts Payable and a third-party vendor.
- Analyze agreement terms and provide contract data to support allocation of discounts, rebates, and service fees.
- Contribute to compliance processes/work instructions for contract operations and reporting.
- Facilitate Bonafide Service Fee assessment (coordination + documentation).
- Prepare and submit commercial pricing reports (including WAC submissions to compendia).
- Support state drug price transparency reporting.
- Support annual operational projects (e.g., PBM audits).

Minimum Requirements (Manager)
- Bachelor’s (8+ years) or Master’s (6+ years) in analytical area; 5+ years payer contract administration/market access/payer data analysis.
- Knowledge of PBM/GPO, specialty pharmacy, health plans, commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare Parts B&D.
- Contract template language/redline management; US healthcare economics.
- CRM + Excel + Word; ability to use data analytics platforms; travel up to 25%.

Minimum Requirements (Senior)
- Bachelor’s (10+ years) or Master’s (8+ years); 7+ years payer/managed markets/contract administration.
- Same knowledge/skills as above; travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in analytical area.
- Managed care and specialty channels experience (specialty pharmacy service contracts; specialty wholesale FFS).

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision/prescription, wellness resources, 401k/ESPP, paid time off/paid parental leave, disability, etc.). Salary range: $121,000–$190,000.

Location
- Remote in the US (preference for Eastern Time zone).
