Senior Clinical Trial Manager / Trial Lead (Medical Monitoring)

Role: Senior/Clinical Trials Manager (CTM) responsible for overseeing clinical trial operations for obesity and metabolic disease therapies. Objectives: ensure timely, compliant trial conduct from initiation through close-out, managing CROs and site activities. Responsibilities: manage operational plans, timelines, budgets; support trial initiation, monitoring, data review, and issue resolution; coordinate vendor selection, site management, and regulatory adherence; contribute to trial documentation and operational plans; serve as a liaison with investigational sites and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years (CTM) or 9+ years (Sr. CTM) industry experience; proven track record managing Phase 1-3 trials; strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP, CFR guidelines; experience with site selection, monitoring, data flow, vendor management, and regulatory compliance; proficiency in MS Office and Project; ability to travel 10-15%.
