Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology (APAC)

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager leading global oncology or relevant therapeutic trial operations, ensuring strategic oversight, compliance, and high-quality execution. Responsibilities: develop and implement trial plans, oversee regulatory adherence, manage site and supply processes, lead and mentor trial teams, ensure data integrity, and coordinate cross-functional activities including patient recruitment, documentation, and budget management. Requirements: postgraduate degree with 6+ years or bachelor's with 8+ years in life sciences/healthcare; significant clinical trial management experience with leadership roles; expertise in APAC countries, especially Japan and/or China; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems. Preferred: Asian language skills (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) and deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes in APAC. High-Value: Oncology trials, international scope with APAC focus, leadership in complex trial environments, adherence to ICH-GCP, experience in culturally diverse settings, and trial management in fast-paced biotech contexts. WorkSetup: minimum 3 days onsite weekly in Jersey City, NJ or Millbrae, CA; some travel involved.
