Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology (APAC)

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing global clinical trial operations in oncology or similar therapeutic areas, with a focus on strategic development, execution, and compliance. Responsibilities: develop and implement trial strategies, oversee study conduct, manage regulatory compliance, lead and mentor trial teams, handle trial documentation, oversee patient recruitment, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, and manage budgets and resources. Qualifications: post-graduate degree with 6+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years in life sciences or healthcare, extensive trial management experience including leadership, with specific experience in APAC regions, especially Japan and China; strong organizational skills, communication, leadership abilities, and proficiency in industry-standard software and clinical trial regulations. Preferred skills: proficiency in Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and experience in oncology clinical trials.
