Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing global clinical trial operations in oncology or other therapeutic areas, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality study execution. Responsibilities: develop trial strategies, manage trial conduct, oversee documentation, patient recruitment, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration; lead and mentor trial teams; ensure regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, PMDA standards; oversee budgets and resources; manage local processes related to supplies, import/export, and archiving. Requirements: Postgraduate degree with 6+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience; proven leadership in clinical trial management; strong organizational, communication, and regulatory knowledge; proficiency with clinical trial management systems and MS Office.
