Senior / Clinical Trial Manager (Medical Monitoring)

Role: Senior/Clinical Trials Manager supporting the conduct of obesity and metabolic disease clinical trials across all phases, ensuring protocol adherence, data quality, and compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulations. Responsibilities: manage trial operational plans, CRO activities, budgets, site selection, monitoring, and vendor relationships; oversee trial documentation, site initiation, and compliance; coordinate internal/external trial activities and troubleshoot issues; contribute to protocol and operational document development; participate in site visits and vendor assessments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 6+ years (CTM) or 9+ years (Sr. CTM) clinical trial experience in biotech/pharma; proven track record managing trials from Phase 1-3; strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP, CFR; vendor and budget management skills; proficiency in MS Office and Project; ability to travel 10-15%.
