Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager leading global oncology trials, focusing on Phase 3 studies in NSCLC and colorectal cancer, including ivonescimab combination therapies. Responsibilities: oversee study start-up, site selection, enrollment, monitoring, issue escalation, and closeout; serve as primary operational lead with CROs; develop and review study plans, documents, and quality management activities; ensure regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and data integrity; mentor Clinical Trial Managers and team members; drive continuous improvement in Clinical Operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; 8-10+ years in clinical operations with 7+ years managing international oncology Phase II/III trials; proven leadership in complex study management, CRO oversight, and data review; strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines; ability to travel up to 20%.
