Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Lead early-phase clinical trials for novel genetic medicines targeting rare and prevalent diseases, with a focus on RNA editing therapeutics. Responsibilities: plan, drive, and oversee multi-center global clinical studies in compliance with GCPs, managing CROs, vendors, and budgets; develop operational strategies; optimize trial design; contribute to study documentation; coordinate site selection and patient recruitment; monitor data integrity and study progress; ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness; contribute to clinical reports and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field; 8+ years in clinical development and operations, with experience leading global early-phase (including FIH) trials, preferably in rare diseases; strong leadership for cross-functional teams; deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH GCP, and global clinical operations; excellent strategic communication skills.
