Senior Clinical Site Budget Specialist

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Budget Specialist focused on developing and managing budgets for immunotherapy and cell therapy clinical trials, supporting negotiations, and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities: guide site budget creation, negotiate agreements, conduct coverage analysis based on CMS policies, collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Clinical teams, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of budgeting and contract development experience, with at least 4 years in clinical research; expertise in clinical trial management systems and Excel; knowledge of regulatory coverage policies and CPT coding; experience with contract negotiations preferred. WorkSetup: onsite in El Segundo or Torrey Pines, CA, Monday–Friday, with flexible hours; compensation ranges from $136,500 to $150,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.
