Senior Clinical Research Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Research Manager overseeing clinical monitoring activities and CRA team performance within oncology trials. Objectives: ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and SOPs; optimize trial quality, performance, and site relationships. Responsibilities: resource allocation, CRA performance management, quality review, site audits, expense oversight, mentoring junior staff, leading strategic initiatives, and supporting team development. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare field; minimum 7 years in pharma or CRO with at least 4 years in people or project management; deep knowledge of drug development, ICH-GCP standards, and clinical trial execution, preferably in oncology and with CRA monitoring experience. Preferred: advanced degrees, fluency in English, travel flexibility, driver’s license.
