Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) supporting Immatics' clinical operations in cancer immunotherapy, specifically targeting PRAME across multiple modalities. Responsibilities: oversee site management, monitoring activities, and trial documentation; support site feasibility, patient recruitment, and study execution; collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior staff and drive process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field; 4+ years of on-site clinical monitoring experience within biotech or pharma; strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA regulations; proficiency with clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF). Preferred: oncology trial experience; stakeholder management skills; experience mentoring; track record of process optimization and site engagement.
