Senior Clinical Research Associate

Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) overseeing clinical trial operations for cell therapy programs, including tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies, with a focus on solid tumors. Responsibilities: manage study start-up, conduct on-site monitoring visits, oversee vendor relationships (CROs, labs), ensure protocol and GCP compliance, review monitoring metrics, and support study documentation. Mentors junior staff and collaborates cross-functionally with study teams, medical monitors, and vendors. Requirements: BS/BA, RN, or equivalent plus 8+ years in clinical operations with experience in solid tumor or cell therapy trials; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, clinical trial management, and vendor oversight; excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, Project). High-Value: biologics/cell therapy, solid tumor indications, early to late phase (including late phase), vendor management, GCP compliance, global and multi-center trials. WorkSetup: remote with up to 25% travel.
