Role: Senior Clinical Pharmacologist responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing PK/PD studies to support drug development. Responsibilities include conducting quantitative pharmacology analyses (e.g., compartmental modeling, PopPK, translational modeling), collaborating on regulatory submission materials, and supporting regulatory interactions. The role involves close work with Clinical Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, Bioanalytical, and Clinical Development teams. Requirements: PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or MD with 3+ years of relevant experience; proficiency in software such as R, Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, STAN, and NonMem; ability to lead moderately complex studies independently. High-Value: focus on pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, clinical pharmacology in drug development, support for IND/CTA submissions, and experience with modeling for regulatory purposes. Work setup: on-site 4 days/week in Tarrytown, NY, Warren, NJ, or Cambridge, MA.
