Senior Clinical Pharmacologist – Role Summary

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, implement, and analyze in-vivo and in-vitro pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) studies with Clinical Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics/PK/PD, Toxicology, Bioanalytical, Therapeutic Focus areas, and Clinical Development/Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Contribute to PK/PD understanding for assigned projects via quantitative evaluation of PK/PD profiles using state-of-the-art pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.
- Plan, design, implement, and analyze routine Pharmacometrics (PMx) studies in collaboration with other team members.
- Perform analyses including compartmental modeling, PopPK, translational modeling, disease modeling, PopPK/PD, and E-R analyses (or partner with stats programming teams) to deliver PMx results, interpretation, and discussion.
- Collaborate with Scientific Writing to ensure Pharmacometrics report templates (TFLs) are complete; support issuance of study reports for IND/CTA submissions and other regulatory documents.
- With close supervision, support preparation of material for regulatory interactions.
- Prepare Pharmacometrics background packages for meetings (e.g., pre-IND, EOP2, pre-BLA).

Requirements:
- PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Engineering, Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), or Medicine (MD) and 3+ years of relevant Clinical Pharmacology experience.
- Ability to independently serve as study Clinical Pharmacology/Quantitative Pharmacology/PPKPD lead for moderately complex studies.
- Proficiency with MS-Excel, R, R-Studio, Prism, Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, STAN, and NonMem for advanced PMx analyses.
