Senior Clinical Director, Hematology

Role: Senior Clinical Director (Senior Principal Scientist) leading clinical research in Oncology, specifically Hematology. Responsibilities: oversee full clinical development cycle from pre-clinical evaluation, trial design, execution, monitoring, analysis, to regulatory reporting; develop strategies for investigational or marketed Hematology drugs; collaborate across functions including regulatory, manufacturing, and research; engage with external investigators and research teams; author development documents and facilitate collaborations. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD; at least 3 years of clinical medicine and industry experience in drug development or biomedical research; proven success in overseeing clinical trials and scientific achievement; strong communication skills. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology or Hematology; prior publication record; experience with clinical research in Hematology. High-Value: focus on Hematology/Oncology, spanning all phases of clinical development, including IND and post-approval studies; role involves scientific oversight, external collaboration, and cross-functional engagement. Work setup: Remote with approximately 25% travel.
